Each session is customized to the individual needs of the client on the day of the session. Techniques such as muscle mechanics, CranioSacral therapy, lymph drainage, myofascial release, Basic Swedish Massage, Basic Reflexology, and Intuitive Energy Healing with be used to design a customized therapy session. Clients may choose to remain clothed, or utilize draping with the sheet. An additional ten minutes will be provided for consult and changing.

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed massage chair. Massage focuses on back, arms, shoulders, neck and head.

Gentle massage while child is seated in a chair, or massage chair, depending on height. Assisting client towards achieving a better sense of balance with a greater sense of calm. Useful in relieving tight muscles from, for example: sports, I-pad use, and video gaming. Parents are requested to accompany minors. Longer appointments may be made. Add $1/minute.
